By accessing RuleBird's website (rulebird.com) or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

RuleBird provides:

All services are customized based on client needs and formalized through written agreements.

3. Engagement Process

Discovery Call: Initial consultations are complimentary and non-binding.

Scope of Work: All paid engagements require a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) defining deliverables, timeline, and fees.

Payment Terms: Detailed in individual agreements. Typically 50% upfront, 50% upon completion for project-based work.

Client Data: You retain all rights to your business data. We claim no ownership.

Deliverables: Custom code and solutions built specifically for you become your property upon full payment.

RuleBird IP: Our methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing tools remain our intellectual property.

Open Source: Solutions may incorporate open-source libraries (properly licensed).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of critical data.

By Client: May terminate with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed remain due.

By RuleBird: May terminate if client breaches payment terms or scope agreement.

Effect: Upon termination, we deliver all completed work. Source code and documentation transfer upon full payment.

Client agrees to indemnify RuleBird against claims arising from:

These terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India.

For US-based clients, individual agreements may specify US jurisdiction and arbitration clauses.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation (30 days)
  2. Mediation (if negotiation fails)
  3. Binding arbitration (as last resort)

13. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, government actions).

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
